Yes! I’m currently accepting new clients for 1:1 sessions and my 5-week microdosing container. If you’re interested, you can book a free discovery call to see if we’re a good fit. [Insert link if applicable]. Feel free to email with any questions.

Yes! I work with clients worldwide. All sessions are held online, so we can connect no matter where you are

My rate is $130 CAD per hour. This includes our time together, plus a detailed follow-up with notes and reflection prompts. This rate reflects the energy, time, and care I put into each session—before, during, and after.
That said, accessibility matters to me. I offer a sliding scale for those facing financial constraints who are committed to regular weekly or biweekly sessions. The sliding scale works on a pay-it-forward model—those who can pay more help make sessions accessible for others.
If cost is a barrier, don’t hesitate to book a free discovery call, and we can explore options. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Consistency is powerful, and my regular clients tend to experience the deepest transformation. That said, I trust that we’ll work together for exactly the right amount of time. There’s no required commitment—you can book a single session, come back every week, or drop in every six months. I’m here to support you in whatever way feels best for you.

I take a past, present, and future-focused approach. While my coaching builds on the foundational principles of talk therapy—deep listening, discussion, and guidance—it’s also holistic and action-oriented. I’m invested in your healing, growth, and success in creating a life that feels truly aligned.
Beyond conversation, we work with modalities that explore limiting beliefs, subconscious patterns, memories, and trauma, helping you move beyond awareness into real, lasting change. I also provide tailored resources, reflections, and practices to support your integration and transformation.

I never set out to be a coach, but looking back, every experience—every challenge, pivot, and breakthrough—led me here. The deeper I went into my own inner work, the more I felt called to help others do the same.
I’ve always been drawn to transformation—how we grow, break old patterns, and step into something new. Through my studies in psychology, UX design, subconscious reprogramming, intentional microdosing, and my experience running businesses, I kept coming back to the same thing: deep conversations about change, mindset, and possibility.
It started naturally—first with friends, colleagues, and even customers. As I shared what had helped me, I saw how much it resonated with others. Over time, I felt called to deepen this work and support people in a more intentional way.

I bring over eight years of experience running a successful business—learning from both wins and challenges—and a decade immersed in self-development. My background in psychology, UX research, and certification as an Intentional Microdosing Practitioner all shape my approach, blending science, intuition, and lived experience to support meaningful change. I’m also currently studying at the Centre for Applied Neuroscience, deepening my understanding of the brain, behavior, and the profound potential we all have for growth and transformation.
My learning has come through a mix of formal study, mentorship, and lived experience. I’ve worked with therapists, coaches, guides, and teachers across different modalities, exploring practices that have helped me improve my own life and well-being. This has included somatic healing, subconscious rewiring, internal family systems, and attachment theory.Along the way, I’ve pursued formal training where it felt aligned. I’m currently studying life coaching at the Centre for Applied Neuroscience, trained as an intentional microdosing practitioner under skilled psychedelic therapists, and took university psychology courses when I thought I might become a psychologist. I was also accepted into a graduate program for counseling psychology but ultimately felt it was too rigid for the kind of work I want to do.
I’m not opposed to certifications, and I stay open to training that truly resonates and benefits my clients. But above all, I believe life experience, personal growth, and the ability to hold space for transformation are what make a great coach. I'm always learning and will continue to be a student of life.
